And if you need slots because you have a Bender or you have a Bigsby, you ought to consider a chrome plated or stainless steel slotted saddle - or I guess Titanium would work also. Active use of a Bender of Bigsby will cut a plain brass saddle to bits IMO. Rutters Chromed eccentric slotted saddles are tres cool and I find they intonate super well.
